At the end of the course you will walk away with a new embodied techniques which you can integrate in your everyday life anytime you need to gain a deep relaxation, clarity, calmness and a new perspective. We will build-up a habit of Yoga Nidra practice during this 6-week program, it will be natural for you and you will feel the benefits it can bring to your life. Along with Yoga Nidra practice, you will also learn restorative yoga practices and breathing techniques which induce relaxation of the nervous system and allow a deeper relaxation during the practice of Yoga Nidra.
How it works:
There will be a private session via an online platform each week, a session will begin with a restorative yoga, followed by breathing exercise and moving towards a yoga nidra practice.
In each session we will focus on a specialized topic. You will receive workbooks and audios to practice during the week. At the end of the program you will feel relaxed, calm and in charge of your life.
