We will discuss your intentions and needs in a free 30-minute intro call and then schedule the session. I will prepare a session exactly for you so that you will walk away calm, relaxed and you will know what to practice to enter a more balanced state of being.
Great guided yoga class with amazing teacher! Her explanation of individual excercises was understandable even for complete beginners. A pleasant surprise was a breathing technique focused on calming down. At the end of the lesson, I felt much more relaxed.
