4-week course: Yoga for Beginners

I have prepared a 4-week beginner’s yoga course for you. Together we’ll go through the foundations of yoga and breathwork. In four LIVE sessions you will learn the right alignment of yoga postures (asanas), basic flows of the yoga practice (sun salutations), how to breathe properly and how to create your own practice.
What will this course give you?
In 4 weeks you will learn:
– How to do the poses & basic flows right.
– How to breathe properly & consciously.
– How to start building up your daily practice.
Dates: Wednesdays 13. 1. – 3. 2. 2021
Time: 5:30-6:30pm CET

All sessions will be held via Zoom platform and will be recorded so that you can get back to them anytime.

About your teacher
